Where Do You Ship?
Our Darren Gygi Home Collection online store currently ships throughout the USA. We do not ship outside the U.S.
Ordering Information
- All Darren Gygi Home Collection orders are processed and shipped from our home base in Utah.
- We cannot cancel or edit orders once the order has begun to process.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Information
- Please note orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed once the order has been received.
- Once your order has been processed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping.
- All orders placed on weekends, holidays, and/or during flash sales may require additional processing time.
- If an unforeseen delivery delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance, however, we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery.
Billing Information
It is important to double-check your address information when placing an order. Please ensure your billing address is the same address connected to your credit card. If your billing information does not match your order it will not be processed.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your Darren Gygi Home Collection purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price with proof of purchase from DarrenGygiHomeCollection.com. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, packing slip or order confirmation, and all original packaging and other components included.
Personalized items, clearance merchandise, and any items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return item that is past thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Darren Gygi Home Collection only refunds shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable.
